Design is a starting point in all of our service fields. This notion is much wider than some people may think. To make a design is not to simply draw, but to generate an artistic idea, ready for technical implementation. Design for a video, for a web page, for printing can be compared with a design of a car. A car should not only delight the eye but offer road stability, safety, and comfort for a driver and passengers but also should take into account production and other economic capabilities. In other words, a true design is perfect only when it works.

It is not surprising that design development accounts for quite a substantial part of overall budgets of many of our projects. It is common practice especially on developed Western markets. Long ago, everybody there got used to the idea that a talented designer is a person of a true taste, with an art education background, well acquainted with production intricacies - and worth lots of money especially if he is a member of staff. A unique combination of high quality occupational skills is a rare one to meet. In addition, we are proud to have such people in our ranks. Our company has many employees who have been with us for a long time, but we always have space for newcomers.
